Refund Policy

At Sunset Lux, we understand that plans can change. While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, the nature of high-end vehicle reservations requires clear guidelines to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Reservations:

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).
  
  
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will result in a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental cost.
  
  
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental will be non-refundable.

Peak Season & Special Event Reservations

During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, film festivals, major sporting events), all reservations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Early Returns

If you return the vehicle before the end of your scheduled rental period, no refund or credit will be issued for unused days, as the vehicle was held exclusively for your use.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are fully refundable, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was delivered, with no damages, excess mileage, or violations of the rental agreement. Deposits are typically processed within 3–5 business days of the vehicle’s return.

Modification Requests

Date or vehicle change requests are subject to availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications made within 48 hours of the rental start may incur additional fees.
